City Update

Okay cities will now have Levels to represent their size, the higher the level the physically bigger the city is. There will be 7 levels and they will be color coded on the Planet Report. The levels are as follows:
Level 1 = Light Grey
Level 2 = Orange
Level 3 = Red
Level 4 = Green
Level 5 = Yellow
Level 6 = Purple
Level 7 = Black
This picture shows a Level 3 city as it will appear on the Planet Report:
Cities will expand to the next level once a certain amount of population is reached. Higher level cities will grant bonuses to the planet's birth rate.
Level1: Cities under 250,000 population, No Bonus
Level2: 250,000 to 399,000 population, +20 to Birth Rate
Level3: 400,000 to 999,999 population, +100 to Birth Rate
Level4: 1,000,000 to 4,999,999 population, +150 to Birth Rate
Level5: 5,000,000 to 19,999,999 population, +200 to Birth Rate
Level6: 20,000,000 to 39,999,999 population, +250 to Birth Rate
Level7: 40,000,000 and up, +300 to Birth Rate
But if you do not want to wait for the population to grow to upgrade your cities you can order the city upgraded, but it's gonna cost you some money but you will get the bonuses.

Build Cost: 1,500,000 credits
And you will be charged 50,000 credits a month until the population hits 250,000 as this is the cost to maintain and secure a large section of empty city.
Level 3:[/u]
Build Cost: 3,000,000 credits
And you will be charged 90,000 credits a month until the population hits 400,000 as this is the cost to maintain and secure a large section of empty city.
Level 4:[/u]
Build Cost: 6,500,000 credits
And you will be charged 100,000 credits a month until the population hits 1,000,000 as this is the cost to maintain and secure a large section of empty city.
Level 5:[/u]
Build Cost: 9,000,000 credits
And you will be charged 150,000 credits a month until the population hits 5,000,000 as this is the cost to maintain and secure a large section of empty city.
Level 6:[/u]
Build Cost: 15,000,000 credits
And you will be charged 250,000 credits a month until the population hits 20,000,000 as this is the cost to maintain and secure a large section of empty city.
Level 7:[/u]
Build Cost: 25,000,000 credits
And you will be charged 300,000 credits a month until the population hits 40,000,000 as this is the cost to maintain and secure a large section of empty city.
About the Birth Bonus:If your city's population drops below the amount needed for the level the bonus will not be received. For example, if you have a Level 2 city and the population drops below 250,000 for any reason the bonus will not be applied until the population reaches 250,000 again.
